Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated Jul 2, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the ParFlow service, to agents you deploy through it, and to content sent through them. It is part of our Terms of Service (/terms-of-use). The rules are simple: use the service lawfully, honestly, and without harming others or the platform.
Prohibited uses
Illegal activity and infringement
- Using the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others — including uploading knowledge content you have no right to use.
Spam and unsolicited messaging
- Sending bulk or repeated messages to people who did not agree to receive them, or ignoring opt-out requests.
- Violating messaging-consent and anti-spam laws that apply to your audience (for example, telemarketing and electronic-messaging rules in your users' countries).
Data harvesting and credential theft
- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting personal data through the service without a lawful basis.
- Using agents to phish, collect passwords or payment credentials, or trick people into revealing sensitive information.
Regulated advice without authorization
- Configuring agents to provide legal, medical, financial, insurance, tax, or other regulated advice without the licences or authorisations your jurisdiction requires.
- Presenting AI output as a licensed professional's determination.
Malware and security interference
- Uploading or distributing malicious code, or using the service to attack other systems.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the service without our written permission.
Harassment, hate, and impersonation
- Using the service to harass, threaten, or abuse people, or to distribute hateful content.
- Impersonating any person or business, or misrepresenting who operates an agent.
- Removing or masking disclosures that tell users they are talking to an AI assistant.
Attacks on the platform
- Attempting to extract system prompts, secrets, or other customers' data, or to bypass safety controls, usage limits, or workspace isolation.
- Interfering with the security, integrity, or performance of the service or its underlying systems.
- Reselling or providing access to the service to third parties except as your plan allows.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate workspaces that violate this policy, as described in the Terms of Service. Where the law requires, we may also report abuse to the relevant authorities.
