A short, plain explanation of what it means to talk to an AI agent powered by ParFlow — what it is, what it records, and what it can and can't do.

You are talking to an AI assistant

The chat (and, where enabled, voice) agent is an AI assistant — not a human. It answers based on the business's configured information and general language-model capabilities. A person from the business can join or follow up when needed.

What the conversation records

  • The messages you send and the replies you receive.
  • Contact details you choose to share, saved only after you approve it in the consent step.
  • Basic context such as the page you were on and your language.
  • Where a business has enabled voice and you start a voice call — your audio, and where recording is enabled, a recording and transcript.

Conversations may be stored and reviewed by the business you are talking to — and by ParFlow where needed for service operation, support, quality, and safety. Conversations that are not saved as a lead are deleted automatically within days. Details are in our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

What the consent checkboxes mean

  • “Save my details” — your contact details and conversation summary are saved in the business's CRM so they can help you.
  • “Contact me” — the business may reach out to you about your enquiry, on the channel you chose.
  • Marketing updates — always a separate, optional choice. Leaving it unchecked changes nothing about the service you get.

What the agent can't do

  • It can make mistakes. Verify important information with the business before relying on it.
  • It does not give legal, medical, financial, insurance, or other professional advice.
  • It should not receive highly sensitive information (such as ID numbers, full payment card details, or health information) unless genuinely necessary.

Your choices

You can end the conversation at any time, choose not to leave details, or ask to speak with a person. To exercise privacy rights (access, correction, deletion), contact the business you spoke with, or email us at Lior@parflow.cc and we will help route your request.
