Accessibility Statement

Last updated Jun 1, 2026

ParFlow is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. This statement describes the steps we take, the standards we work toward, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Please note

This document is a professional draft provided for transparency. It is not legal advice. Accessibility law varies by jurisdiction, so before relying on it in production please have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel and complete the placeholders with your business details and any required regulatory references.

Our commitment to accessibility

We believe a website should work for everyone, regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build at ParFlow, not an afterthought — we treat it as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time task.

In short

We design and develop with accessibility in mind, test as we go, and welcome feedback that helps us do better.

Standards we aim for

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as our practical reference point. These guidelines are organised around four principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Effort, not certification

WCAG 2.1 AA describes the target we work toward. We do not claim a formal accessibility certification or full conformance across every page, and we continue to test and improve over time.

Measures we take

In practice, our day-to-day development includes the following measures:

  • Semantic HTML — meaningful structure with proper headings, landmarks, and labels so screen readers can describe the page accurately.
  • Keyboard navigation — the site can be operated without a mouse, with a logical tab order through interactive elements.
  • Visible focus states — a clear indicator shows which element is currently focused when navigating by keyboard.
  • Color contrast — we aim for text and key controls to meet readable contrast ratios against their background.
  • Alternative text — meaningful images carry descriptive alt text, while purely decorative images are marked so they are skipped.
  • Responsive support — the layout adapts to different screen sizes and supports zoom and larger text without breaking.
  • Respecting reduced motion — when your device requests reduced motion, we tone down or remove non-essential animation.

Known limitations

We are honest that no website is perfect, and accessibility is a moving target as content and features change. We are aware of areas that may not yet fully meet our target, and we are working to address them.

  • Specific known limitations on this site: [placeholder — owner to provide, e.g. third-party embeds, downloadable documents, or interactive demos that are not yet fully accessible].
  • Some content provided by external services may not be under our direct control; where this affects accessibility, we will note it and seek alternatives.

If you hit a barrier we haven't listed, please tell us — real-world feedback is the fastest way for us to find and fix issues.

Feedback and contact

If you experience any difficulty using this website, or you need information in a different format, we want to hear from you. Email us at hello@parflow.ai and let us know which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or device you were using. The more detail you can share, the faster we can help.

Accessibility contact details and response process: [placeholder — owner to provide, e.g. a named accessibility coordinator, alternative phone or postal contact, and a target response time].

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As we add features and update content, we review them against our accessibility goals, fix issues we find, and revisit this statement periodically. We update the “last updated” date at the top whenever we make a meaningful change.
